Open Access Policy
The Electrical and Computer Experiences (ECE) journal is committed to promoting open access to scholarly research articles, in accordance with the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing, established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Open access allows for the free and unrestricted access to scholarly research articles, which promotes the dissemination of knowledge and the advancement of research. ECE recognizes the benefits of open access and encourages authors to make their research articles openly available to the public.
To facilitate open access, ECE provides immediate, online access to all published articles, free of charge. Authors are encouraged to choose a Creative Commons license for their articles, which allows for the unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction of the article, provided that proper attribution is given to the author(s).
In addition, ECE supports the self-archiving of articles, allowing authors to post their articles on personal or institutional websites, subject to copyright restrictions and proper attribution.
ECE believes that open access to scholarly research articles is essential for the advancement of knowledge and the promotion of academic integrity. As such, we are committed to supporting open access and will continue to promote its benefits to the academic community.
This Open Access Policy Statement is subject to revision and may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the academic publishing landscape and new developments in open access publishing.
